Wellness Journal Privacy Policy

1. IntroductionFeral Bloom Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Wellness Journal mobile application (“the App”).Wellness Journal is designed to help you privately organize personal wellness information, including journals, regimens, inventory, measurements, progress photographs, and administration history.2. Information You Choose to RecordDepending on how you use the App, you may enter:- Journal notes, symptoms, observations, and wellness check-ins.
- Weight, body measurements, and progress photographs.
- Regimens, schedules, reminders, and planned breaks.
- Vial and supply inventory information.
- Administration records, dates, amounts, and injection sites.
- Optional profile preferences and app settings.This information may be sensitive. You control what you choose to enter.3. Where Your Wellness Information Is StoredWellness Journal currently stores your personal wellness records locally on your device.The App does not currently provide a Wellness Journal user account or automatic cloud synchronization of your journal entries, measurements, photographs, regimens, inventory, or administration history.We do not operate a cloud database that receives these records through the App's current features.Your device's operating system may separately back up app information according to your device settings. Such backups are controlled by the operating-system provider and applicable settings.4. Manual Backups and ExportsWellness Journal provides features for manually backing up, restoring, and exporting information.When you create a backup or export, you may choose where to save or share it, including a local folder, cloud storage provider, or another app.Once information leaves Wellness Journal through an export or backup, its handling depends on the destination you select. You are responsible for protecting exported files, especially if they contain sensitive wellness information or photographs.5. Subscriptions and PurchasesWellness Journal offers optional paid features through subscriptions purchased using Apple's App Store.We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription products, purchases, restoration, and access to Premium features.Apple and RevenueCat may process information necessary for these services, including purchase and subscription status, transaction identifiers, and technical information associated with the purchase process.We do not need your journal entries, progress photographs, or administration history to determine your subscription entitlement.For more information, consult the privacy policies of Apple and RevenueCat.6. Permissions and NotificationsThe App may request device permissions when you choose to use relevant features, including access to photographs or media for progress tracking and permission to deliver reminders.You may manage supported permissions through your device settings.Reminder notifications may reveal information to someone who can see your device's notifications. Consider your notification preferences and device privacy settings when recording sensitive information.7. How Information Is UsedInformation you enter is used within the App to provide the features you select, such as displaying your records, organizing schedules, showing progress, and generating reminders.Subscription-related information is used to determine access to paid features and support purchase restoration.We do not currently use personal wellness entries to deliver targeted advertising.8. Sharing and Sale of InformationThe current App does not include a feature that automatically uploads your personal wellness records to Feral Bloom Studio for advertising or resale.We do not sell the personal wellness records stored locally in the App.Information may be shared with third-party services when you independently choose to export it, save a backup externally, or complete a subscription purchase through Apple and RevenueCat.9. SecurityWe design Wellness Journal with local storage and user-controlled export features to reduce unnecessary transmission of sensitive records.However, no device, software, storage method, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.You should protect your device with an appropriate passcode or biometric security, safeguard exported backups, and keep your operating system updated.The App may offer an additional app-lock feature, but it should not be considered a replacement for device-level security.10. Data Retention and DeletionYour locally stored records generally remain on your device until you edit or delete them, use the App's data-erasure functionality, or remove the App and its data.You may use the App's available controls to manage or delete information.Deleting local records does not necessarily delete copies previously exported, shared, or saved in external backup locations.Subscription transaction records held by Apple or RevenueCat are subject to those providers' applicable retention practices.11. ChildrenWellness Journal is intended for adults and is not designed for children.We do not knowingly seek to collect children's personal information through a Wellness Journal account or cloud-record collection service.12. International ServicesAlthough Wellness Journal is published by a Canadian business, subscription and platform providers may process relevant technical or transaction information outside Canada.The applicable privacy practices of Apple, RevenueCat, and any export destination you select may differ depending on your location.13. Your Privacy RightsDepending on where you live, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, or other handling of personal information processed by us.Because your wellness records are stored locally, we generally cannot retrieve records directly from your device.For questions about information we may process in connection with support inquiries or other business operations, contact us using the address below.14. Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves or legal requirements change.We will update the effective date when we publish a revised policy. Wellness Journal Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of TermsThese Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wellness Journal mobile application (“the App”), provided by Feral Bloom Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”).By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App.2. Purpose of the AppWellness Journal is a personal organization and tracking application.Its features may include journaling, wellness observations, measurements, progress photographs, inventory tracking, regimen scheduling, reminders, administration history, and calculation tools.The App is intended to help users organize information. It does not independently verify the safety, suitability, authenticity, quality, or legality of any substance, medication, supplement, or regimen entered by a user.3. Medical DisclaimerWellness Journal is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or individualized dosing recommendations.Information displayed or calculated by the App is provided for personal recordkeeping and informational purposes only.Any calculation depends on the accuracy of information entered by the user. Calculation results may be incorrect if inputs, units, concentrations, or assumptions are incorrect.Do not rely on the App to determine whether a substance is safe, appropriate, approved, or legally available.Consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical decisions, medication use, dosing, administration techniques, symptoms, or treatment.Do not delay seeking professional medical attention because of information displayed in the App.4. User ResponsibilitiesYou agree to:- Enter and review information carefully.
- Independently verify any calculations or information before relying on them.
- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Maintain appropriate security for your device and exported records.
- Avoid using the App as a substitute for professional medical guidance.You are responsible for decisions you make based on your own records.5. Free and Premium FeaturesWellness Journal offers free functionality and may offer optional Premium features.Free features may include basic journaling, recordkeeping, limited active inventory, essential reminders, and selected privacy and backup tools.Premium may include additional inventory capacity, advanced scheduling, extended trends, and progress comparison features.Available features and limitations are displayed within the App and may evolve over time.If a Premium subscription ends, your existing locally stored records are not intentionally deleted solely because of the subscription's expiration. Access to certain Premium-only functions may become restricted.6. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and RenewalsPremium subscriptions are offered through Apple's App Store.The App displays the applicable subscription products and prices before purchase. The final price, billing period, introductory offer, and eligibility are determined by the App Store purchase process.If a free trial is offered and you are eligible, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel within the period required by Apple.Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple's subscription terms.You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account's subscription settings.Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.Subscription pricing, taxes, billing, refunds, and renewal administration are handled through Apple, subject to applicable law.7. RefundsPurchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests should generally be submitted through Apple's applicable refund-request process.Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.8. Local Records, Backups, and Data LossThe App currently stores personal wellness records locally on your device and does not provide automatic Wellness Journal cloud synchronization.You are responsible for maintaining any backups you wish to keep.Device loss, software errors, accidental deletion, device replacement, or unsuccessful restoration may result in loss of locally stored information.Although we aim to provide reliable backup and restoration features, we cannot guarantee that every record or external backup will always remain recoverable.Please review the Wellness Journal Privacy Policy for additional information.9. Reminders and NotificationsReminders are provided as organizational aids.Notification delivery may be affected by device permissions, operating-system settings, battery management, device availability, and other factors outside our control.The App should not be relied upon as the sole reminder system for time-critical medication or medical care.10. Intellectual PropertyThe App's software, design, branding, and original content are owned by Feral Bloom Studio or its applicable licensors, subject to relevant intellectual property laws.You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store rules.You retain ownership of the personal content you enter into the App.11. Availability and ChangesWe may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any obligations associated with paid subscriptions.We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where required.12. Third-Party ServicesThe App uses or may interact with third-party services, including Apple's App Store and RevenueCat for subscription management.When you choose to export or share information, additional third-party services may be involved.Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies.13. Disclaimer of WarrantiesTo the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular medical or personal purpose.Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.14. Limitation of LiabilityTo the extent permitted by applicable law, Feral Bloom Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App, including losses resulting from inaccurate user-entered information, missed notifications, or loss of locally stored records.This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.15. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your jurisdiction.16. Changes to These TermsWe may revise these Terms as the App develops.We will update the effective date when changes are published and provide additional notice where legally required.Your continued use after applicable changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.17.
